As a Texas Aggie engineer, Brian has spent years working at IBM, Wier Oil & Gas, Avery Dennison, and now at Microsoft developing new technologies with AI. As Brian spends his work life helping to create the front edges of new technology, the lens through which he views life is centered on serving Christ and leading his young family.

The Mansfield Men’s Chapter of Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) International will meet at First Methodist Church on Tuesday evenings beginning this Fall. BSF offers worldwide, non-denominational, in-depth, small-group Bible studies led by trained group leaders, with the aim of producing passionate commitment to Christ, His Word, and His Church. All courses are offered free of charge but advocate a daily time commitment of personal study to prepare for the weekly group discussion.

Pure Adventure – Father/Son Retreat
Attention all fathers and sons! We occasionally take part in Pure Adventure’s Father/Son Retreats. Pure Adventure is for boys 10 and up with dad or mentor. This year we are offering two programs: Engage for boys 10-12 and equip for young men 13+. If you would like more information about our Father/Son Retreats, please email info@fmcm.org.
At First Methodist, we offer several events that incorporate Bible studies with sports. We have basketball, softball, and other competitive sports. For more information on these events, please email adults@fmcm.org.
