PASTORS BIBLE STUDY

Wednesdays January 22 – May 14  • 10:00 – 11:00 am • Chapel

You’re invited to attend an ongoing Bible study! This spring we will continue reading through the book of Acts together. This one-hour, lecture-style study, led by our pastors, provides a way for you to be in Scripture and build relationships with one another – no homework required. Join us in person or watch online! Come as you are able, bring a Bible, and invite a friend.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY BIBLE STUDY:

NOW AND NOT YET

Wednesdays Starting January 22 • 6:30 – 8:00 pm • Chapel
Feeling far from where you long to be, but not yet seeing the answers to your prayers? Join First Methodist Women for Now and Not Yet, a 6-week video Bible study that helps us trust in God’s faithfulness as we live in the present and hope for the future.

Through the stories of Abraham, Joseph, Israel, Hannah, and the Apostle Paul, we’ll see how God’s faithfulness is revealed in Scripture and how it’s at work in our lives today.

Each session includes worship, breakout discussions, and prayer time, offering a chance to connect, reflect, and support one another. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience God’s faithfulness in your own season. Registration is required.

EPIC OF EDEN: JONAH

Tuesdays Starting January 28 • 10:00 – 11:30 am • The Gathering Room (Bldg D)

Join Pastor Jan Davis as we explore the book of Jonah, uncovering the brutal Assyrians of Nineveh, ancient seafaring ships, and the great fish, while challenging us to embrace God’s call beyond our comfort zones.

This co-ed 7-week study features table discussions and prayer time, providing a space to connect, reflect, and grow together as we learn to step out in faith, just as Jonah did. Registration required.

MEN’S MINISTRY BIBLE STUDY:

THE NEW TESTAMENT YOU NEVER KNEW

Wednesdays Starting January 29 • 6:30 – 8:00 pm • The Gathering Room (Bldg D)
This spring, First Methodist Men is excited to offer a new 8-week video study of the New Testament by N.T. Wright, led by Pastor David Alexander and  Pastor Julian Hobdy.

This study, open to men of all ages, will include table discussions and prayer time, offering a chance to connect, reflect, and grow together in faith. Don’t miss this opportunity to strengthen your faith and build relationships with other men. Registration is required.

BIBLE STUDY FELLOWSHIP

Tuesdays Through May 6 • 7:00 pm

Men’s Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) will explore the book of Revelation over 30 weekly sessions. This in-depth, chapter-by-chapter study will enhance your understanding of the text and deepen your relationship with Almighty God.

Additionally, men can enroll their children (aged 6-18 years) in the Student Program, where they will study the same scriptures at an age-appropriate level. To register for the study, visit the BSF website at bsfinternational.org select the “Find A Group” option, and follow the instructions.
