NEW MEMBER DINNER

Are you interested in becoming a member of First Methodist Mansfield? We want to invite you to our New Member Dinner on January 24th. This is an event to welcome those who have recently joined in membership and those who are interested in joining First Methodist Mansfield. We hope you’re ready and excited for our yearly lunch on January 18th. January is a great way to kick off a New Year and New Beginnings. Our guest speaker is Bryan Bradford. He love’s teaching people how their body works and how food is still God’s medicine. Bryan is a lead nutritionist specialist, Certified Health Coach and Chief Nutrition Officer and one of the founding family members of Sunflower Shoppe.  Register to attend Here.

INCLUDED BALL 2024 “A NIGHT TO REMEMBER” 
February 23rd  •  6:00 – 9:00 PM
Are you ready to make a difference in someone else’s life? Serve at our first annual Included Ball on Friday, February 23rd. It takes over 300 volunteers to put on this magical evening hosted by our Included Special Needs Ministry. Our biggest need is for people to serve as buddies for our guests, but there are many other serving opportunities as well.  We would love for you to prayerfully consider joining us in serving that evening and help make it  “A Night to Remember”.  For more information about the Include Ball, visit the website fmcm.org/includedball.  On the website you can register a participant and sign up for a volunteer.

JUST US GIRLS: 5th – 8th Grade Girls Night 
February 9th  •  6:00 – 8:00 PM  •  Building A: The Loft
Just Us Girls is an evening designed specifically for 5th – 8th grade girls! Join us on February 9th in The LOFT from 6:00-8:00 pm and bring $5.00 to help cover food and crafts/activities. It will be a night to enjoy food, fun, and good conversation centered around being a girl, and the challenges that come with middle school.
Middle school isn’t easy… it’s when you’re figuring out who you are, who you hang out with, and what you believe. It’s when friends become enemies and boys become… cute. Life gets tough. People get mean. How do we push through? What does God’s plan mean for our lives? What does it mean to be God’s girl in middle school?
Together we’re going to search the Word of God and find out:
Who you were meant to be…
What to do about drama…
Where to find a good friend…
How beautiful you really are…
Why God picked you to change the world…
