October 18 • 2:00 – 4:00 pm • The Gathering Room (Bldg D)
Too often, when a loved one passes away, difficult decisions are left to family members during a time of grief. One meaningful way to ease that burden is to put important end-of-life documentation in place now ensuring our wishes are honored and creating an intentional way to celebrate our life and legacy.
You are invited to join us for this important workshop presented by Rev. Brenda Beaver, LMSW_IPR. Together, we will explore the importance of completing end-of-life documents and share practical conversation starters for engaging reluctant family members in these important discussions.
To help us prepare enough materials for all participants, registration is required.
If you have any questions, email care@fmcm.org.
