FAMILY PSALM NIGHT 
August 6th  •  5:00 PM  •  Chapel
Join us for a beautiful evening of worship for ALL ages as we bring church family together and journey through some of our favorite Psalms led by our contemporary worship team. JOURNEY THROUGH GRIEF

Are you grieving a loss in your life?   We want to invite you to attend our 6-week class: Journey Through Grief. In this class, we will walk with you through the different stages of your grief. We want you to know that you are not alone in this journey and your new way of life. Our evening class begins August 10th at 6:30 pm and our daytime class begins September 7th at 10:00 am.
Also we have a Grief Support group that meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 10:45 – 11:45 for ongoing support, comfort and community. Contact us at restoration@fmcm.org.

BACK TO SCHOOL PRAYER
August 16th   •  9:00  •  Loft
Attention parents! We want to invite you to join us for a time of coffee, prayer, in the loft starting at 9:00. This will be a time to gather as a large group and pray for all of the students, staff and parents to have a successful and safe school year. All are welcome to join, so bring your friends and family. This is a great opportunity to meet other parents from our community and some of our Family Ministry Staff here at First Methodist Mansfield. THE WORKBOOK OF LIVING PRAYER
August 22nd – October 31st  •  10:00 -11:30 AM  •  Building D
Reawaken your prayer life through a ten-week study, led by Pastor Jan. This personal journey will help you grow closer to God as you explore the nature, meaning, practices, and possibilities of prayer. Your prayer life will deepen and strengthen as you learn to connect with God in simple, practical ways even on a busy schedule. You can order your book and register Here.  

DIVORCE CARE
August 23rd  •  6:30 – 8:30 •  Building D Room 101
Find Help. Discover Hope. Experience Healing. Join us for a 13-week class starting Wednesday, August 23rd through November 15th at 6:30 pm in Bldg. D, room 101. Divorce Care will help you face your challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Perhaps you’ve been through a divorce but you’re still struggling with moving forward, this might be a class that can help you move past where you’re at. FMCM MINISTRY KICKOFF

Have you wanted to plug into the mission and ministries here at First Methodist Mansfield? Have you felt called to take the next step in your faith development? At this kickoff you will have an opportunity to connect with a variety of the ministries we offer and learn about ways that you can engage and connect with us.
