Today is Somebody’s First Day.

Last week Pastor David sent out an email to the congregation and  introduced the phrase “Today is Somebody’s First Day”. In that email he gave us all three opportunities to put these words into action each and every weekend. If you did not receive or read his email you can find that here.

1. Welcome those you know, and be on the lookout for those you don’t.
2. Join our Welcome Team!
3. Consider parking in our Remote Parking Lot off of Pleasant Ridge Drive and take our new large shuttle to our main campus to free up parking spaces on our main lot.

With this weekend being Kick-Off Weekend, we anticipate several new families coming to our campus for the first time. Please help us provide a warm welcome!

Join us for a 13-week study class from August 27th – November 19th. In the Divorce Care group setting you will receive support in facing your challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Perhaps you’ve been through a divorce, but you’re still struggling with moving forward; this might be the group that can help you move past where you’re at. Welcome Home Dinner.

Are you interested in becoming a member of First Methodist Mansfield? Have you joined in the past several months and want to get plugged in? We want to WELCOME YOU HOME by inviting you to our Welcome Home Dinner on Wednesday, August 27 at 6:30pm in the Gathering Room of Building D. During the dinner, pastors and staff members will be present to answer questions and help you connect to the different ministries and into the life of our church.
