Pumpkin Patch

PUMPKIN PATCH

Every fall, we host a pumpkin patch on our campus at the corner of Walnut Creek and Pleasant Ridge! We have many visitors on our campus during Pumpkin Patch season, and we are happy to provide this experience for our community. Come hang out in the patch, play games, take a few photos, and pick out your perfect pumpkin!

Proceeds from the sales at the patch go toward missions for First Methodist Students and First Methodist Included Special Needs. This funds Mission Week, where we yearly serve our Mansfield community in big ways!

The Pumpkin Patch is open every day from September 29th – October 31st from 9 am-7 pm.

PUMPKIN UNLOADING

Fall is here, and soon our pumpkins will be too! On 9/29 and 10/13, we will receive an 18-wheeler FULL of pumpkins and we need your help unloading them! To help, simply show up at 12:30 pm at the corner of Walnut Creek and Pleasant Ridge. Pumpkin unloading is fun for the whole family! We have opportunities for all ages and abilities to help set up The Patch!
Upcoming Dates:

  • Sunday, September 29 @ 12:30 pm
  • Sunday, October 13 @ 12:30 pm

For more information, contact us at students@fmcm.org.

HELP OUT AT THE PATCH

Come have fun and work The Patch!
We have several shifts a day for students and their families to serve at The Patch. Shifts are split up into 2-hour blocks every day. While you work the patch, help customers carry their pumpkins to their cars, measure pumpkins to determine the cost, help customers check out, etc.

A staff member is available that day to help with any questions you may have. Anybody is welcome to work the patch! This is a great way for students to get service hours and serve our community! We ask that any students below 9th grade have a parent or adult accompany them at the Patch.
