Happy rainy Friday Church,
Even in this rain (which some of us were wanting I am sure) our steps forward toward more and more services, events, and classes together continue to progress rapidly! It’s exciting and it is very busy. We have a full Confirmation Sunday service this week and the registrations for VBC in June are already strong. Glory be to God!
I want to share two quick headlines with you today, to help you navigate this weekend at church!
The Confirmation Sunday service for our newly confirmed 6th & 7th graders is this Sunday at 3:00 pm in the Sanctuary. The Confirmands and their close family and friends have filled the Sanctuary so join us to see this Holy moment online.
In our regular 9:00 am and 11:00 am services this Sunday we begin Encounters! Pastor David’s new 4-week series exploring the sacred moments that happen when we connect with God.
Stay dry today, the sun starts popping out this weekend, and join us online, in the Sanctuary, or on The Back Porch for great worship and community this weekend. Come by and see me or our Guest Services folks for a coffee on The Back Porch Sunday morning!
