Come on Wednesday mornings for our Chair Yoga class. We have two yoga instructors that will be leading at different times to guide you through stretching and strengthening in a safe way. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water. This is for men and women. Your body will thank you for taking Chair Yoga and the lasting benefits you will have.
