Celebrate the joy of Christmas with First Methodist Mansfield! This year we are offering 9 different Christmas Eve Worship opportunities starting on December 23rd. All of our services will also be offered online.

SERVE WITH US THIS CHRISTMAS EVE
December 23rd and 24th
We anticipate several guests being joining us at our Christmas Eve services. Please help us give the gift of hospitality by serving as a greeter at one of our 9 services. Our biggest need right now is our Contemporary and Traditions services on both the 23rd and 24th. If you are interested in serving in this way, please fill out this quick form. 

DECEMBER 29th ONE SERVICE 
December 29th   •  11:00 AM  •  Sanctuary 
Join us for one worship service on Sunday, Dec. 29th at 11:00 am. Bring the whole family together as we worship in the Sanctuary and continue the celebration of the birth of our Savior. There will be no classes or nursery during this time, so we can all worship together.

PRAYER SURVEY
We are entering the New Year with a new focus on the practice of prayer. For the entire year of 2025 we want to take an intentional look at this important Spiritual Practice as a church family. We want to invite you to take a moment to fill out this quick survey about your prayer life. Our hope is to use this feedback as we prepare for our 2025 focus on the Practice of Prayer. CAPSTONE 2025 
January 12 – April 27th  •  6:00 – 8:00 PM  •  Building A – Loft
Grow through faith-based principles integrated into practical experiences with peers and mentors. The goals of Capstone are to PREPARE Seniors for life as Christ followers after high school. CONNECT students with God and with their peers. SERVE those within our ministry, congregation and community and LEAD through different avenues of Students Ministries and First Methodist Mansfield. We accomplish these goals by combining deep Christ-centered discussions with hands-on activities that help develop important life skills. Students will participate in ten sessions, along with a service project and a retreat.  Contact students@fmcm.org, or register Here.

CONFIRMATION 2025
February 2nd – April 27th  •  12:30 – 2:30 PM  •  Building A – Loft 
6th Graders (and older, if you have not been confirmed) explore the foundations of the Christian faith with peers and mentors. Through this intentional spiritual formation program, students cover topics such as: God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Scripture, Service & Generosity, Grace & Salvation, Means of Grace, The Church, First Methodist Mansfield. The journey through Confirmation is intended to help students take ownership of their faith. At the Confirmation Service, students affirm their response to God’s grace and proclaim faith in Christ and their baptismal covenant.   Register Here, Mentor Registration Here. 

55+ LUNCHEON 
January 23rd  •  11:30 – 1:00 PM  •  Building A-Gym 
We’re excited to invite you to our Annual 55+ Ministry Luncheon. This year our theme is “Living Well – Loving God”. Slow down and meditate on the ways God has delighted in you, and enjoy some delicious food. Doors will open at 11:00, program will begin at 11:30. Our guest speaker is our very own Taylor Davis. INCLUDED BALL 
February 28th  •  6:00 PM  
You are invited to join us for our second annual Included Ball on Friday, February 23rd. Our Included Ball is hosted by our Included Special Needs Ministry and is open to all those 18 years or older.  The theme this year is A Night to Remember – 90s Style. There will be a big dance floor, Karaoke rooms, Limo Rides, a Red Carpet, and so much more. Each guest will be paired up with a volunteer buddy who will help them truly have A Night to Remember.
