PART-TIME POSITIONS
Included Special Needs Ministry Coordinator
Part-time Position: 20 hours/week, including some weekend hours
This part-time position supports the Special Needs Ministry by collaborating with the Director and team to plan and lead engaging, inclusive programs and events throughout the year. Responsibilities include coordinating elements of the annual Ball, planning and leading monthly programs, developing activities for Bible Study, and assisting with summer large events.
The role involves creating and leading activities and crafts, coordinating volunteers, and assisting with event setup and cleanup. Student Ministry Coordinator
Part-time Position: 20 hours/week, including some weekend hours

We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Student Ministry Program Coordinator who thrives behind the scenes while also bringing energy and fun to student environments. This role is ideal for someone who loves equipping volunteers, collaborating with a team, organizing programs, and creating smooth, excellent experiences for students and leaders alike. Adult Ministry – Small Group Coordinator
Part-time Position: 20 hours/week, including Sunday Mornings
The Adult Ministry – Small Group Coordinator reports to the Director of Adult Ministry and supports the coordination of adult small groups and Sunday School classes. Responsibilities include communicating with group leaders, maintaining rosters, tracking attendance, and providing administrative support.
This individual will assist with greeting, hospitality, and problem-solving on Sunday mornings and during weekday Bible studies, support large discipleship events, and ensure classrooms are equipped with necessary technology. Kids Care Staff
Part-time Position
Are you passionate about sharing your love for Jesus Christ with children and families? The FMCM Kids Care ministry team may be looking for you! We are looking for members to join our team who are available Monday – Thursday from 2:30 on, as well as Weekends. Some duties include teaching faith-based curriculum, providing care for children ages 6 weeks through 4th grade, changing diapers, feeding children, assisting with toilet training, PLAY, and nourishing the spiritual growth and development of the children in their care.
