Sundays • 12:30 – 2:30 pm • Beginning February 2, 2025

Confirmation is a time of spiritual growth in which 6th grade students explore the foundations of the Christian faith with peers and mentors.

Through this intentional spiritual formation program, students will begin to see what faith means to them and what it means to be confirmed members of First Methodist Mansfield. Confirmation will cover topics such as: God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Scripture, Service & Generosity, Grace & Salvation, Means of Grace, The Church, First Methodist Mansfield.

The journey through Confirmation happens over 10 sessions and is intended to help students take ownership of their faith. At the Confirmation Service, students affirm their response to God’s grace and proclaim faith in Christ and their baptismal covenant.
