All 14+ year old volunteers and First Methodist Church Mansfield Staff are required to attend Serving @ First training before serving. This training includes extensive Safe Church information and reporting procedures, an overview of the mission, beliefs, and values of First Methodist Church Mansfield, and training on additional leadership tools.
