SUMMARY:Next Gen Promotion Weekend & Back to School Blessing
DESCRIPTION:August 8 • 6:00 pm • Sanctuary \nAugust 9 • 9:30 am • Sanctuary \nAugust 9 • 11:00 am • Sanctuary & Chapel \nAll Next Gen Ministries (Kids\, Students\, and Included Jr.) – from babies to graduating seniors – are invited to join their families in worship on August 8th & 9th for a special back to school blessing. \nDuring the service\, all those who would like to participate will be invited to come forward to receive a special blessing as we pray over them and the school year ahead. All participants are also welcome to bring their backpacks to service and receive a special backpack tag\, but backpacks are not required to participate (because we know most teens aren’t exactly excited about bringing their backpacks to church). \nAfter the blessing\, the kids and students may stay in service and sit with their families or they may attend programming in Building A. Elementary aged kids and younger\, and Included Jr. kids\, who decide to attend programming in Building A will need to be walked over and checked in by a parent. \nContact us at nextgen@fmcm.org with any questions.
