Here is some fun trivia about tacos: Did you know that the first taco was introduced in the United States in 1905. Mexican migrants were coming in to work on railroads and other jobs and started bringing their delicious food with them. The popular taco is a dish that originated in Mexico composed of a corn or wheat tortilla folded or rolled around a filling. One of the first people known to make tacos were ancient Aztecs. The biggest taco ever made was on November 20, 2011 in Queretaro, Mexico. It was 246 feet long and was made with carnitas as the filling.
