A Note From Pastor Sheaby Pastor Shea Reyenga
Dear First Family,
It’s been a heavy couple of weeks. That’s why this Sunday is so important. I hope you make plans to join us for one or both services this Sunday and invite others to do the same. In this weekend’s message, Pastor David will be visiting with Pastor Caesar and Pastor Julian about how the Gospel speaks to issues of racism and injustice, as well as how we can individually and collectively be agents of healing and hope in our wounded world. This will be a prophetic message you do not want to miss! The pastors will deliver the message at both the 9:30 and 11:00 Sunday morning services.
Please take a look at what is upcoming below.
Do you have questions about house churches? We will have a meeting on Zoom to answer all of your questions about the vision of “Church of 1000 House Churches.” Join us Tuesday, June 9 at 7 pm to hear more details on how we can be worshipping in community as our church moves forward. Register here. Please submit any questions you have here so we can address them!
This Sunday we are celebrating our 2nd graders who received Bibles from our church this week. We sponsored a drive-thru for families to pick up their Bibles. Our Children's team is also delivering Bibles to homes as you read these words. Join us for a special prayer during all services on June 7th with your Bible. If for some reason your second grader did not receive their Bible, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
This weekend we will be celebrating Holy Communion online and in your homes. If you would like, please add bread and juice to your shopping lists or use bread and juice you already have in your home. We look forward to sharing in the Lord’s Supper together.
Here is the schedule for this weekend and the upcoming week. Please take note and share with others.
I want to encourage you to worship with us and continue your giving online or by downloading our Church App by texting FMCMAPP to 77977 or by searching FMCM in your App Store.
I thank God for you and praise Him for your faithfulness to the gospel. I look forward to seeing you around campus when the wave of this virus subsides. That day can’t come soon enough!
Grace and Peace in Christ,
